ATF, I saw your page on Livejournal. It's great and everything, but I still can't understand how you like such musclebound women as you feature on your Bodybuilding Blog.

I like tall, toned women with bodies like Gabrielle Reece -- you know, 6'3" and 175-180 lbs of (mainly) muscle. But I don't like women who look like they're on steroids, and most of the women you post about on the BB blog seem like they're taking steroids. It is physically impossible for a woman to get that big and muscular without using steroids... believe me. And it's not even attractive (in my opinion).

I'm not criticizing you, ATF, I like you, but I still have to question your preference for extremely musclebound women.

Do you realize when a woman gets that big, it slows her down?

Wouldn't you rather have a 6'2 lithe, swift, lanky beauty like Maria Sharapova, with those long legs always in motion, instead of one of those hulking behemoth women who move at about 0.5 miles per hour and bump into everything with their muscles. Where's the grace in that?

I'm 5'8" and I've always loved tall, lanky, athletic, toned girls with bodies like volleyball players.... you know, very long legs, nice muscles (but not overdone). I love girls who work out and in almost all NCAA college women's volleyball (and basketball) teams these days, the players have a mandatory workout regime with weightlifting. I think this is great! But when women start bulking up like Arnold Schwarzeneggers, and then wear those silly bikinis (I think it's very demeaning and puts athletic women in a sexist position.... on the one hand, we're trying to empower women by giving them greater options in sports and training the leaders of tomorrow, the future powerful women who will rule the world... and we're still making them pose in silly bikinis and high heels -- ? -- which is very sexist!)
